During that stretch Alex was just walking to the table and shooting he wasn’t even walking around the table like he usually does. Even when he had shots to make balls he just got down and shot. When Alex is running balls he always looks where he wants the cue ball.It was not looking good for Alex there at one point.
Tony was playing great and won like 7 games in a row to take a 23-21 lead.
Alex was really struggling with his execution and made some poor decisions on his shot selection.
He took a break and some how regrouped. He looked like different player when he came back from the break.
Alex won 6 out next 7 games to finish off the day with a 27-24 lead.

Tony played good during that stretch also but Alex did absolutely nothing right. I don’t know the exact numbers but I don’t remember Alex having more than 3 balls in any of those games. Give Tony credit he did what you are supposed to do when your opponent struggles and that is take advantage of it.
