Hey all,
I finally got around to putting my "Refined Hustler" on my avatar, and was wondering what everyone thought of the character..
The idea is of the hustler as a sharp dressing dude (dog), who combines proper behavior with a little husslin' on the side. It sounds dry, but I thought mebbe the figure on my avatar on a small upper chest emblem on the front of the t-shirt, and on the back, some like:
Sir, I would not give my mother the 8....
or
That gentleman Bucktooth, would be welcome to play with the 7....
Silent match rules, of course
etc, etc, etc...
What? If Bucktooth wants to be the center of attention, then let him be! Imagine how mad it would make him to see an APA 4 walking around with a t-shirt offering him the 7 and he STILL won't get action...
I think with the right lines on the back of the shirts, I could make at least enough to make it worth selling a few shirts when I show up at tourneys in the states.
I've got some other designs with the dog holding cards, etc...
