I started with a very clean surface...then arrainged the cloth on the table as needed...then started with some staples at one end in the middle of the short rail then... pulled toward one side then pulled toward the other side then pulled longways (straight) and stapled in the middle again so its pulled straight. And so on... I was always told YOU CAN'T NEVER PULL YOUR CLOTH TOO TIGHT!!! IS THAT TRUE??
The table still plays fast though. But if you push on the cloth with some pressure it will wave-up in front of your fingers.
I heard that there is a type of glue that you can put on entire slate so the cloth cannot stretch back? Is that true and if so, what kind of glue?
Like I said the table still plays fast so, should I even worry about it?
my main goal was that I pulled hard both long ways first then, side to side.
