Table help

I’m in the market for a table in my family room. I’m in a rural area in southern Colorado so the options are really limited. I have $1500 to play with so that pretty much eliminates Brunswicks and Diamonds. By the reading I’ve done it seems my next best option would be a high tier Connelly or Olhausen. I haven’t found much by way of comparisons between those two manufactures. So I come to you for all of your knowledge and expertise for help deciding which route to take. I’m still working full time and have children that take up most of my free time so I’m not really looking for anything that would require a bunch of work. I want to setup and get to playing asap. With that said, what suggestions do y’all have? TIA! I appreciate any info!

$1500 … maybe a local installer has a decent used table that they can deliver/set up.

You can find nice tables on the secondary market.

Do you have an opinion on which table would be a better choice? Olhausen and Connely are available in my area and at my price point but I’m not sure which is a better overall table

I know years ago people were bitching about the pockets on Olhausens. It's the reason they are not on the pro tour anymore. I have never played one

I'll be posting a similar question with a slightly different price point. I'm just south of Denver, and I'm in the exact same boat. I've seen a few decent-looking tables on Facebook Marketplace (I know FB is a waste of time, but the marketplace is actually pretty useful).

OP sorry....The Corner Pocket Widefield is closing next week. I think it's all bar tables, but the owner Gary, good man, might have something in storage. Never hurts to call.

Oh nice! I’m closer to the NM border which is why I’m having more difficulty finding something worthwhile. It’s tough out here in the sticks haha. I’m resigned to the fact that I’m probably going to have to travel a couple hours to get something I’d love so that’s not an issue. I’ll call Gary in Widefield today, thank you for the heads up!

Another thought, Dave Isaccs the Diamond Table set up man, who is also part of the Diamond corp. setting up new rooms and doing annual recovers for allot of rooms.
He passes by allot on the I 25 corridor.
Lives in Ft. Collins, and he too may be of help, give em a call.
