Table ID?

Slight update, I picked the table up today, It is an 8 foot with a one-inch thick unbacked one-piece slate. Cushions that were installed are K66 and were dry rotted. The cabinet is solid hardwood.
I will have to check the angle of the rail to see if it is meant to have K66 cushions before ordering new cushions, pocket nets and cloth.
the table was free so I won't have a lot of money invested in it.
On a side note, looks like throughout its life the table has only been felted two times, the original time with red cloth as I found a small swath of red and then the second time with the green you see in the pictures. I think this because there are hardly any staple holes in the underside of the rails.
Anyway thoughts on the manufacturer would still be appreciated!

Seeing that your in southern CA. I'm going to guess Delta or Delmo. More likely Delmo.
Thanks to Donny and others for their help. I think we have it narrowed down to a low-quality Delmo or a Delmo knock off that is not worth putting much money in as it will hold little to no resale value due to the construction of the cabinet being sub par.
While the table may not hold much value to me personally I believe that I can still put it to good use by refinishing it and bringing it back to a playable condition and then donating it to a Veterans organization. With that said I will try to remember to post some pictures of the process as I go through it.
