Table mechanics in Chicago area?

I live in Munster, IN, about 20 miles southeast of the loop. I'll be moving to another house in Munster at the end of May, and am looking for someone to move my table across town. I'd like to hear your best price for breaking down, moving and setting up my table. The houses are only a mile or so apart. I'd like to hear the price for doing it without replacing my cloth, and doing it with new Championship Tour Edition 3030 cloth. The table is an 8 foot pro Olhausen Remington.

My understanding is that Ed at pro tyme billiards http://www.protymebilliards.com/ is suppossed to be very good. I believe he is a bit more expensive than most, but the quality is suppossed to be top notch.

The more economic choice from what I have heard is "Jaburek Billiards" http://www.pooltablenow.com/. A friend of mine used him and was pretty happy.
