Table Pop Quiz......

I believe Robertson Billiards in Tampa bought them out, and make Robertson Tables now. It is just a table we recovered.........We owned one years ago similar to this one, just a newer version. They sure don't make them like they use to.....this table here is solid as a rock! And all the slate screws are alittle overkill, but ya don't have to worry about the slates moving once you tighten down all 28 screws!
As far as them being a knockoff of the Annivesary....there were a few companies that made alost the exact same tables. Like the Brunswick Sportsking is similar to it, and another table or two looked similar. With the laminated rails and white or offwhite skirts and legs.

I talked to a guy at A.E. Schmidt a year or two ago trying to identify a table that had their markings on the slates. He informed me that back in the 40's or so they use to sell Brunswick and other tables along with making their own.....and that sometimes they would interchange parts and sell a table with parts from different tables. So it could be one of their tables.....which eventually I found out it was, and it had rails from a Brunswick, and that's how they sold it! Obviously they don't do that now, and haven't for along time.....I just found it interesting that this was a fact.

Like now...how Brunswick makes their parts in Brazil.......I am sure they make the same pieces and just have a different name on them.....like the AMF GC knock offs......some of the same parts on it are the same as the GC. Maybe seconds or pieces that don't qualify as 1st's

I am not sure why you guys are still guessing at who made this table. Are you just bored? It is a Saunier Wilhem table! They made tables in Pittsburgh from 1920 until somewhere in the eighties or so. Sorry I am not familiar with the model name but that is who made the damn thing.

LMAO.........is it a Murrey?

I don't know they even have a Model name. But to clear up the confussion..........

It is a Saunier Wilhelm! lol But if yall wanna keep guessing.....I will tell you when your right...........lol!

Speaking of Dufferin Tables, we did one once that didn't have slates screws........they called it a floating slate system. Very odd!

A poolhall called Triangle billiards in Washington Pa. I play in a Thursday night 9-ball league and that is one of our stops. They play fine, but they could be in better condition. No ripped felt or anything but the rails show alot of wear and tear and I think they tried to repaint the white skirts themselves (doesn't look to good). So are you a rec room player? What tables do you guys have? I think they were GC's at one point. You probably go to Shootz as well huh?

Let me guess, It might be a Robertson, Steepleton, Valley, Diamond, OH<OH I think I got it, Saunier Wilhem. That was fun. Wonder how many more guesses we get. Sam

I think it's a Playmaster :D

pooltablemech, the Robertsons at SnookerS in Cincy also seem to be Brunswick knock-offs. Very nice tables.
