Looking for information who from or where from a person may be able to rent tables for an independent event. I am specifically looking for bar tables, Diamond or otherwise, that would be delivered and set up. Geographically, this would be for an east coast/mid atlantic event. Any guidance is much appreciated.

The vendor, that owns the tables, in all the local bars. The one that runs the local leagues. They host year end tournaments, have lots of tables. They do this type of thing, often.
I believe Bad Boys Billiards Productions does the DCC and some other large events. They have a contact us form.

The Super Billiards Expo had bar table events. That might be a place to start.
