Tad of/from Texas??

Anyone heard of a cuemaker going by the name of "Tad of Texas" or "Tad from Texas"?

I have at least one customer with the first name Tad. I can't remember if he is from Texas or not.

There was another maker in LA named Tad.
He was also an Asian American.
He did leather wrap decently. Good enough to teach the late maker Judd Fuller.

I'm saying was because I believe he had to retire. Last time I talked to him, he sold his lathe. And that had to be more than 10 years ago.

Not from Texas though.
