Can anyone out there tell me about Tads or Ernie Martinez cues? I have played almost exclusively with Tascarellas for the last few years, and I want somehing different. I would appreciate any comments you could give on these other cues playability.
thx-

I had a friend who trades in custom cues let me shoot with a Tad several years back. He always shows off the new cues that he has traded for. I have to say I have never felt any cue with a better balance than that particular cue. It had an excellent hit. I don't know about any of his other cues as that is the only one I've tried. I have heard a lot of positives about Tad cues. Sam

IF YOU LIKE YOUR TASCARELLA, THESE TWO CHOICES WOULD BE VERY DIFFERENT FROM WHAT YOU ARE USED TO. MUCH SOFTER HIT COMPARED TO ANY TASCARELLA I HAVE OWNED. YOU STILL LOOKING TO MOVE THE TASCARELLA YOU HAVE LISTED FOR SALE, I STILL HAVE THE COSTER.

Tads

The first "custom" cue I purchased way back in 1970 was a TAD. Shows you how old I am...bought it for the outrageous sum of $45!!!!!!
Played with it for about 5 years, got another one and had it until 1997!!
I used to buy a few from him in the 70's (when he sold to anyone who wanted one) and sold them from Cal to Tex. Almost all who play with them love them. You can now get a plain one in So Cal for about $1100. He now has a dealer in the area who is the only one who sells them, but used ones are available for similar prices.
