We've all had bad draws before, but this is crazy ...llooll. Poor Ewa. How's this for her first round opponent (err group).

GROUP 18 at the IPT in Reno: Quinten Hann, Rodolfo Luat, Jeremy Jones, Jose Parica, Ewa Laurance.

I would love to see the Earl vs Jasmin match in Group 26.

Excitement week begins in about 1 hour.

I can't wait.

Obviously, Earl can beat Jasmin, but she can beat him, too.

Incidentally, Jasmin is not to be confused with any other woman in the field. All the others got into the field through either their hall of fame status or by written application. Jasmin got into this event by earning her spot in a qualifier against men. No denying that, except for the superb play of Sarah Ellerby, the ladies laid a big egg in Vegas, with all but Ellerby failing to reach the last 120, but Jasmin is a different story.

Looking through the groups there isn't really any group that I would consider "easy" but Ewa certainly didn't get any help from the draw!

I guess you didn't see Jasmine run through every wpba world beater at the enjoypool.com tournament on espn--which included beating Alison in the finals...I'm thinking Jasmin will be around for more than 15 minutes...

Actually I saw 3 matches live at the enjoypool tourney. While Jasmin was beating Karen, I said she would play a TV round. I didn't think she had enough energy to go on and win though. I was wrong. I've been watching her since Florida 2002, and last year I saw the match up close. My wife lost 9-5...lol.
