What do you want to know? You really need to be more specific.
Every area and region APA and TAP is played may differ dramatically.
But in my area, typically, TAP players tend to be, overall, much better skilled than APAers. My local TAP leage would be intimidating to new players, where APA is a soft welcome to new unskilled shooters who you can match up with. Players going from APA to TAP drop a skill level to begin, and sometimes even more. I'm a SL5 in APA, SL3 in TAP. In addition to players dropping, teams can have up to 25 team points a night, as opposed to 23 in TAP. Pretty rare when you can't field a team, because the numbers are too high. Choice of category off break with any ball or combination down. All shots are called. Not much else I can think of.
