Taper per Inche

hi,

I would like know what taper per inche have your pro taper shafts? for a standart shaft of 29 inches and 30 inches shafts.
 
Pro taper is now popularly believed as NO taper.
So if someone says he wants a 12-inch "pro-taper" he really means 12 inches of cylinder.
My taper is about 1.25MM in about a foot from the tip.

As stated above, a pro taper is undestood to be no taper for 10-12 inches from the tip. Truth is any decent cue maker will taper it but the rate of taper is far less than that of a bar cue or cheap 2pc. Most every custom cue builder will have his own taper, anywhere from 2 to 5 seperate tapers per the length of the cue. Where the taper starts, ends and increases will all effect the feel of the shaft.

Are you trying to duplicate a specific taper from a particular cue builder?
 
I am not trying to duplicate a specific taper from a particular cue builder, only I want know diferent tapers of others cuemakers.
I make taper shaft in a lathe, no cnc and I think that more cuemakers dont know your "No Taper per inche"

Mine increases 25/1000 in 12 inches.
 
I like my shafts to taper with growth the entire length from end to end but for the first half (14-15 inches) it will be .055-.060 larger from the tip...then the rest is a secret....shhhhhhhhh.

X26 to X29 matches the butt's taper. PFFT!:D
I can even Sharpie it.
