He was saying the video is good because it covered that stuff. That’s why the post ends with "good job Appleton ".
So you obviously haven't seen the videos, because that is basically what they cover, and then some. So not sure where that came from?

I'm honestly not sure how taking the paragraph out made your fully quoted statement out of context.
That said I should have indicated I removed some text, my apologies.
I have no questions about the quality as i'm sure that's going to be perfect, would of like a little bit more of a trailer though. I feel like i'm going into it kind of blind.
The video in a nutshell is Darren setting up and running through drills. As he does the drills he explains what he is trying to do on the shot/position whatever the drill calls for.
Some drills have different levels of difficulty depending on how you do them. Example: Pro speed can't use any rails for position, amateur can use one rail that kind of thing. All depends on the drills.
Before the drill Darren explains what the purpose of it is and what area of the game it is trying to develop. You see things like a drill he does to warm up before a match as well as many more. There are fourteen drills in the video.
