Tascarella tribute to George Balabushka (added photos)

My new cue made by Tascarella. Here's a picture of the Tascarella's with Greg Balabushka checking it out @ Mr Cue Billiards in Lindenhurst NY...

Just added some new pics, enjoy...The cue has a clear acrylic bottom in the tradition of a George Balabushka cue of the 1960's. The central piece with the Tascarella name on it is Ivory, on each side are White Gold rings with nine Diamonds and eighteen Rubies in each ring ( total diamonds 18, total rubies 36 ) The stones are the result of my recent divorce!!! Delrin butt cap, and two shafts w/Ivory ferrules..The joint is the piloted Ivory joint with the stainless steel bushing... The forearm is Bloodwood with six points, three Ebony with veneers, and three Ivory without. All the rings on the cue are Ivory with sparkle Red Acrylic and Black fibre.....The wrap is red Ringtail Lizard....This cue is the result of bustin' Pete's chops for about ten years, and Junior finally got it started and built...It's hits really sweet! .... the pics don't really do it justice.......Hope you guys like it!!!!....

buff the cue is amazing!!! pic's dont do it justice!! can't wait for you to post the other picture's so these guy's can check it out!!
 
That is one hell of a cue.
Very nice and I am pretty sure it is a hitter coming from Tacarella.

The Tascarella's have got the Balabushka thing down. They make a great cue and do it with class. Are those diamonds in the buttsleeve rings??. You've got a great looking cue.

looks like diamonds and rubies in the rings. i would love to see a real close-up picture of the sleeve. what a fantastic cue, congrats.

I spy with my eye!

Is that Pablo Mantooth, the straight shooda from Bermuda! If it is let him hit a few with it! Great guy too! He may put some magic into that wand. Well at least while he uses it!!
That cue looks like a virgin forever though.
That cue is more George than George! I am a big fan of the Bushka rings everywhere. What a jem! Literally! Make it your player for life.:grin-square:

yea what a nice cue! here are some pictures Pete shared with me before it's unveiling......i waited till the owner posted something like this to show them out of respect for them. enjoy what i know is a PERFECT cue!!..........

That is a beautiful cue with the coolest window I have ever seen. That being said, my favorite thing here is not the cue but the fact that you had a pool cue built utilizing your ex-wifes jewelry........
 
She wasn't to happy when she found out ,but she got more then her share to go, so don't feel to bad for her.
