tax laws for 2022

One of my neighbors was selling his house and the tax man told him to make sure it's sold before 2022, never heard the reason or maybe it was a "just encase advice"

Nobody cares. I’ve been posting about Biden’s proposed taxes since before the election and everybody thought I was exaggerating or that I misunderstood it. Luckily some of the proposed items did not make it in but other horrible, anti-American ones still did.

It makes it sound Iike individuals who sell anything using square or paypal or any other middle man payment service will now have to file a schedule C form on their taxes. I could be wrong about that. But for businesses that already file for their businesses I dont really see this as any big deal.
