TD's Need To Start Policing Scooping

It looks to me that a very big % of players are scooping their jump shots with a quick flick of the wrist. TD's need to start calling that. If they can't they should do away with jump cues. It's got like the phantom tag at 2nd base on the dd. If you can't police it, get rid of it. Johnny

Maybe in rinky dink bar tournaments but not in leagues or tournaments with good players. This isn't really common anymore among good players.

This thread is useless because there is no basis for this at all. Pros do not scoop when they jump and any tournament that I play locally I have never seen anyone scoop a ball.

I see less scoopers now than ever but im sure some still exist and some add the 'scoop motion' just out of habit.
