Here's the typical breakdown.
Economy Polo, like Jerzees or Hanes brand: Base price $10
Prem Polo, like Port & Company: Base price $22
Design Work:
Typical logo: $20 (existing graphics with words attached)
Fancy logo: $40 and up (new or deluxe artwork)
Graphic Imprints:
Each major imprint, like main logo: $10
Each small imprint, like name on pocket: $5
This assumes a single-color graphic for a 8-10 person team. Larger batches can bring the cost down. Layered colors cost more. This is performed with computer-cut heat-pressed vinyl. Not screen ink. The vinyl is very durable and allows the per-item customization.

Awesome thanks! They came out super nice. I would have taken pics, but it's hard for the camera to really highlight the quality. Look for a very packed USPS box, it's stuffed to the corners! haha. I placed some cards in there for some sneaker-networking.
