Sign Ups

Don't forget to get those entries postmarked before March 9th to avoid late fees. Sign up will be allowed up until 3 hours prior to the start time of an event on site

Late Fees Now Apply

Don't worry if you missed the original sign up deadline of last Saturday. Late entries will be accepted all the way up until 3 hours before the start of the event you want to sign up for.

If you can get it mailed in by this Saturday, you can sign up at the venue.

I'm trying to figure this out as well

Trying to figure out this statement. Does it have any bearing on late fees or rosters ? Thanks.

I have no idea why that came out like it did. People have until this Saturday (MArch 15th) to still sign up using normal procedures to include the late fee. After the 15th of March you will still be able to sign up but you must do it on site. No more mail entries after this Saturday.

Weekend Bump For Late Fees

Last weekend to mail in your entries after Saturday you need to sign up at the venue in Temple. Entries will be accepted up until 3 hours before that event starts

Still have time....But not much

Remember...if you missed the deadlines to enter, you still have time. You can sign up at the tournament location as long as it is 3 or more hours before the start of that event. Example, if you want to enter an event that starts at 9 AM, you must sign up by 8 PM the night before. If the event that you want to play starts at 6 PM.....you must sign up before 3 PM that day.

Dress Code

I'm looking forward to playing in these events for the first time. My only beef would be with the asinine "NO SHORTS" part of the dress code. Vegas now allows shorts and so should Texas IMHO. See yinz there!

Maybe?

Vegas is in July, this is April in Texas.

Big difference on a couple of levels but I'll get a decision and post it here and on Facebook.

Sorry but normal dress code is in effect.

No shorts allowed

If I'm a BCA member, but I'm not signed up for any events, can I play in the mini tournaments? If I can, how will the green fee work?

Mini Tournaments

Yes, people not playing in the tournament will be able to play in mini tournaments. A daily fee of $15 or $20 (yet to be ddetermined) will be charged and that player can play for that day in all the minis that they want

2nd chance tournaments

Suppose that a hard working guy like myself could not get off for the individual tournament. Could I still pay entry for the second chance events so I would be able to still get into something when I get there on Thursday?

This is a great event. I'm looking forward to it as always

Sorry hard working guy. Only people allowed in the 2nd Chance are the ones that were in the regular tourney.

What if I paid an entry into the tournament and they forfeit me out since I'm a no show. Does that qualify me to play second chance? And when will the second chance start?

Not Sure

If someone signed up for singles and gets forfeited, yes they would be forfeited and eligible for the 2nd chance tournament. We aren't sure yet when that will kick off since we still don't know how many entries there will be when the brackets are drawn. We also don't know how fast/slow the division will play.

Tentatively we are expecting the 2nd chance to start later Thursday
