Well I ordered Freddy's second book, "The GosPool" and as a afterthought I purchased, "Banks that don't but will" Volumes 1 &2. I did this to simply support Freddy and I figured I might just learn a small nugget.
Let me start with the book...well it's more of a all around coffee table book as opposed to a instructional publication. Some nice stories and pictures. I have not read it all but it's a nice mix of stories with a little instruction rolled into one. Freddy signed it with a small note to myself and that by itself made the whole thing worth while. Great read so far. We all should support Freddy.
Now the DVD's. I figured I would play them once and see all the stuff that I already knew just done by the Beard. Wrong. I was amazed how many shots Freddy hit's flat (without side spin). He'll generally uses pace CIT to achieve this when possible without spin.
Now in the middle of these two tapes he unleashes two shots I have never seen:

My plan is to practice these. Own them and then one day unleash them on some unsuspecting victim. Thank you Freddy! Now get busy writing your One-Pocket Masterpiece. The game you love so much deserves it.
