I just wanted to publicly thank Don and his wife for a great evening of dinner and one pocket (even though he kicked my ass at 1p). I had a great time. Don is a stand-up guy, though a little crazy.

Don, tell Mrs. Purdy thanks again for a wonderful meal!! There's nothing like beer, lobster and pool to make for a perfect inning.

CRAZY, well we say " bout half ". It was our pleasure Jim. Hope we made your trip to VA. a little more pleasant. Once again, thanks for your service to our country and come back sometime.

Mr. Purdy was also the instigator in the mission to send several pool cues to the sevice woman in Iraq. A fine gesture indeed.

Hey!! I'm in the Air Force and when I come over I just get fried SQUID and diet soda. Oh..and then I get put to work carrying heavy ass printers down two flights of stairs (while Don watches!!!). Something ain't right here...either I'm real slow..or Don is real slick! ;)

I'll be expectin' some lobster on Sunday there sir!!!! (and I will be expecting to raid the garden again for some of those tomatoes sir)

Matt my friend, that was smoked octopus we had. My squid is even better. We were gonna have some jumbo crabs last Saturday but the road was blocked for a fair in Luckets. So I headed on down to my lobster friend. He was out of lobsters but had 3 lb. bags of the meat and some tails. We ate the tails Saturday and a little lobster salad. I still had about 2 lbs. left so I made some alfredo sauce with lobster meat and served with pasta for Jim. It was killer dude. Life is sweet buddy. See ya Sunday.

Octopus/Squid...they all have 8 legs. :) No, that was really good stuff. A little "rubbery" but good with a lot of melted butter! I was surprised.

I will see you on Sunday sir! Noon! Looking forward to seeing you and Susan as always.
