I am sure that some of you have read about my HORRIBLE INSTALLATION with Diamond.

He has went out of his way to help me understand how to level my table. He personally called me when he saw my post. He also said that he would come to my house AT NO CHARGE when he gets in the area.

Wait a minute... WHY SHOULD YOU HAVE TO BE TOLD HOW TO FIX IT? Although I will admit that everyone owning a "quality" table should also own a Starrett 98-12 level and know how to level their table properly, you did pay for table leveling... did you not? Also realize that if you have a 3 piece slate table and the slates weren't set level and even before it was covered then the only way you're going to fix that is to strip the cloth and start all over... hopefully that isn't the case.
I was also the victim of a shoddy setup by a couple of yahoos that were contracted by the company that I bought my table from. I made them pay a different table mechanic of my choice to come out with his crew... strip my table down to the frame and do it all over again properly. The first guy kept going on about how he installed every table like it were his own. I'm guessing his home table is a Pablo Picasso masterpiece to play on... (if you get my meaning). I'm just lucky that those 2 jokers didn't cause any damage to my table.
I always tweak the level on my GC-IV every mid summer and mid winter due to winter cold and summer heat (that will often cause slight changes in how a table plays). My table is in a climate controlled room and sits on a concrete pad. But seasonal temps will often cause a table to change due to expansion and contraction. Most people wouldn't do this but I'm really OCD about how my table rolls and anyone who plays on it will tell you... it's as level as any table out there.
Hope you get your Diamond playing well soon. It used to be a "do it right the first time" world many years ago... now it's changed to "do it right only if I have to".
