Hi everyone,

I wanted to thank all of you who helped at Windy City Open. It was nice to meet some new people as well as see familiar faces.

Special thanks to Daytona Joeand Nik B! You are the best! Terry, thanks for your gift! Pam, Marilyn, and Uncle Wilbur, and Matt, I couldn't have done registration without you.

For those of you who had their pictures taken, I hope you enjoy them. I will TRY to get some of them posted.

I had a blast at the event from what I can remember. Stayed up way too late every night

Shane Van Boening, thanks for all the pointers that first night. Zane and I really appreciated it. It is nice to know that not everyone is trying to make a fast buck from being a better player. Also, thanks for the tips on the counting the diamonds for kicks! Congrats on your first place win!

Eydie and Bob, thanks for hosting a wonderful and successful event. I'll talk to you in a couple of days after I recover from WCO

Congrats to all the winners from the banks, 8 and 9 ball tournaments, and the leagues.

I hope everyone had a great time and I hope to see you at many more events in the future.

He was on the road within minutes to be with Janice

I just talked to Leonard. Janice has taken a turn for the worse. She is still hanging on, bless her heart. He rested for three hours in the middle of a 1450 mile trip and arrived in SW Texas on Sunday. I'll be praying for them and I know many more here, will as well.

This is Erik Lee.. How did your team do in the 5 man event?? My team lost again after we took a beating from you finishing 1 place out of the money.. I shot the worst pool in recent memory during that event... Good seeing u, Tim and Duane again.. Tell Troy if he wants to sell that SW, let me know..

Hi Erik,

Nik's team finished 1st in the team event. Steve Matthew's team took 2nd and Zane's team "Shark Bait" took 3rd.

I will try to get some of the photos on here soon. I took way over 200 of them.

I know Tina Larsen took 2nd in the women's 8 ball and Kelly took 1st. Women's 9 ball, Mary Costello won with Amy Latzko taking 2nd.

Jacqui Herrea and Shannon Schroeder took 1st in the mixed scotch doubles and Amy Latzko and Bob Stark took 2nd.

Neal Jacobs and Marco Marquez split the banks. John Smith and Scott Cohen split the league system 9 ball.

That is all I can remember of the top of my head.
