The 73rd World Tournament will definitely happen and again, thank you to our partner Dr.Michael Fedak for his continued support and commitment to seeing the World Tournament go on.

Update: The event will take place likely in very late summer but likely early Fall this year.
Dragon Promotions CEO Cindy Lee will be flying out next week to evaluate locations for this year.
Final decision and announcement will be right after.
Hang on for a couple weeks or less 14.1 fans & players!

Why in the world does dragon promotions (Charlie Williams) insist on calling his straight pool event the 73rd World tournament?

Can't he see that it only makes him and his organization look cheap.

There is no way he can defend this title - yet he insists.

This type of actions just make all his really good accomplishments look less importent.

....could we have a list of the other 72 'world tournaments?

Hyperbole may move some morons but it has the opposite effect to anybody

I love straight pool and I watch every bit of this tournament that I can.

Let this tournament stand on its own two feet instead of the piggy-backing
