Has there been a TAR challenge between women pros yet? Is there going to be?

I would be curious to see some of the women get down in a race to 100 for $10,000 or $20,000. Would like to see them compete in that format.

Monica Webb and Sarah Rousey played an all-around at the DCC this past year. They played short-rack banks, one-pocket, and 10 ball.

Who won?

I believe it was for $500.00 per set and Sarah won 2 of the 3 sets. I want to say Sarah won the banks and one-pocket, and Monica won the 10 ball. Someone else may be able to confirm this.

TAR did stream it live as a PPV event, but I don't think it is currently available for purchase. Maybe if they receive some inquiries, they may release it on DVD.

Spoiler Alert!!!!!

BTW, whenever the DVD comes out, I hope everyone buys it to see what these women can do apart from a Race to 7 9-ball TV extravaganz.

Okay, you can actually search for the results, but for those who don't want to bother, Sarah won the Short Rack Banks so fast that I actually missed the whole set. I went up to my room to get something, came back down, and they were already playing one-hole.

Sarah then took care of the one-hole set as Monica looked a bit out of her element.

Knowing that she could only minimize the loss, Monica showed some tremendous heart and skills as she dominated the 10-ball match after going down early (2-0?). Once she got her game loosened up and was stroking them out, Monica was shooting lights out.

So, 2-1 in sets for Sarah who the TAR folks have been called Sarah "Bumper" Rousey for her play in the Banks set.
