Surprised somebody is finally using the showboat, I've been mentioning it for years that it's been empty
It hasn't been empty for a few years. the casino floor was converted to an arcade and the adjacent water park was finished a few years agp.

Interesting that it's occurring at the same time as the WNT Hanoi Open. That can be great for aspiring players to win, not having to compete against world beaters.
From the entry and listed first prize, it seems Hopkins is looking for 128 entries. No limit/minimum listed. It appears not to be a WNT ranking event, but that's probably not an issue for most. If you are staying at the Showboat, you may want to look at other ways to make a reservation.
