Definitely not Singapore. I cannot recall if we still have a 24hr pool hall. Nope. Not anymore.

We are staved of decent tourneys as well.

Tulsa, Oklahoma is the place ya outta be...so ya load up the truck and ya move to Beverly...Tulsa that is...swimmin' pools...movie stars...lotsa trees...plenty pool! Ok, you get the point though. Outside of the U.S. your best bet would definately be Taiwan, but I'm beginning to think their whole citizenry plays world class! Best of luck in your search man.
