The cue dealer who frequents Steinway?

HI all, A few years ago I did some business with a guy who often posts cues for sale or trade, and at one point we were going to meet at Steinway.

I've forgotten who this was, hoping someone can point me in the right direction. I'll be at Steinway monday evening and was hoping to maybe do sell/buy/trade.
