Anyone have experience with them? How they hit, quality etc. They posted a cue on FB that really has my interest.

Ok, i checked. Still no clue. Where are they made? Filipino?? I know in the past a lot of Filipino cues tended to warp 'cause the wood was never cured/aged properly. These look ok in the pics but what will they be like in a couple years??

Exactly, and ultimately why I'm passing. Too bad cool looking cue
I ordered a cue in November after texting and talking to Tim Filart of The Cue Project. His shafts are semi-torrefied, baked, air dried, slow trimmed for a couple months, before the final taper, stabilized, and front end is cored with foam. In addition a majority of the forearm blanks are from Bell Forest Products as I just shipped them 2dozen blanks of Bolivian Rosewood, Bocote, and Purplewood. Will give you a review of the cues after I receive them

Great company to work with

tropsec are you part of their company? Seems odd you joined a few days ago.
No, I am not part of their company.
I saw a cue they made and posted on FB and was interested in a similar cue.
I joined a couple days ago after I saw this post was opinions about this company and no facts about them.

Hi. This is Tim from The Cue Project. I recently just joined AZB.

Thank you for the interest and we understand your hesitation - especially about the shaft woods warping. This was also a concern for us in the past. Rest assured our woods, especially the shaft woods, undergo a very thorough process, and are even semi-torrefied to make sure they are stabilized and have very minimal chance to warp, even with the climate change from the Ph to the US.

Have had good reviews on how they hit and play.

I hope this helps. Please send me a message here or on our fb page @thecueproject. Thank you.
