Jacob is one example Blackjack, but if you go to any hospital and visit the oncoloy department, or neo-natal, or child wards you can find many examples of hardship and suffering. We should give thanks to the nurses who have the stamina, patience, and love to work these departments. In central Florida there is Boggy Creek, sponsored by Robert Redford, that provides a campsite for children with cancer. Perhaps people like Bill Bennett would be better off if they donated some of their money to these organizations rather than the casinos. Jake

I'm getting scared.
When I was having trouble controlling my cueball on the break, you posted an article about the break.

My brake is good, but I had a tough time staying focused on the match. I figured it was a coincidence that you posted an article on focus.

Last week, I had an argument with the bouncer at a Hell's Angels bar where my team was playing. I'm not kidding--its a rough place. For obvious reasons, I didn't push the argument too far, but I am still very disappointed with myself for pursuing the argument at all, and for letting it affect me so much, and for ultimately losing my match so badly. I just felt like I could have handled the situation and myself a lot better.

I have not yet read the link you directed us to, but the opening paragraph you posted here suggests that you might be my personal pool guru. These are exactly the issues I'm facing now. Scary coincidence that it appears your article might address this
type of issue.

St. Judes Childrens hospital is one of the few organizations I donate money to every year. Just the thought of being able to help children like these almost brings tears to your eyes.

Thank you for making people aware of this great service and charity. Sometimes there are bigger things in life than ourselves....
