This is the very first cue Joe Gold ever inlaid. There is a certificate of authenticity signed by Joey that accompanies this cue. It is verifiably one of a kind, and irreplaceable!! As you all know birdseye Cognoscentis are especially difficult to find. These rings are unique in the fact that they are made out of phenolic. Also if you look closely at the last photo posted you may notice the top points don't index with the bottom points. This was done intentionally by Joey, and was THE ONLY TIME ANY CUE HE HAS EVER MADE doesn't have points that index on the top and bottom.Another RARITY!!! Joey didn't use them anymore due to difficulty to manufacture them. The collectibility of this cue is uncanny. Considering Joe is a top cuemaker, Just think...What are other top cuemakers' first cues worth???? At this price, all things considered, it's a bargain....
$5500/obo

Only Szamboti's, Herceks, or Tad's considered in trades.

Joey actually told me he made this cue in someone's garag, on a hand pantograph. WOW

Ouch $$$$, I hope you find a sucker....I mean buyer for this fine cue! Just kidding 'bout the sucker, of course! LOL

Well I'm just asking what I was suggested to ask. If anyone has a clue what they feel this cue with the paperwork is worth feel free to let me know, or make an offer.

These type of comments are really starting to bug me. Why do people feel the need to sabatoge a individuals sell. If the cue is not worth what is being asked the seller wont get it. Best of luck selling your cue sir.

Rep points for you bud. Hate these doorknobs....free bump for a special cue!

After all it is a Joey Gold cog and they hit a ton and there might not be any more made, good luck with the sell.--Leonard

I'm sure Joey will return to cue making, and I can't wait to see some of the new designs he comes up with when he does return, while on this 1 year brake.

Thanks for all your support guys. After all Joey told me this cue is EXTREMELY valuable, and the price I listed above is what he recommended I ask. After all what are top cuemakers first cues worth down the road????

You might try contacting a guy named Deno Andrews. He's a leading authority on such cues. www.3cushion.com Who knows - maybe he will want to buy it from you for himself.
