This is the very first cue Joe Gold ever inlaid. There is a certificate of authenticity signed by Joey that accompanies this cue. It is verifiably one of a kind, and irreplaceable!! As you all know birdseye Cognoscentis are especially difficult to find. These rings are unique in the fact that they are made out of phenolic. Also if you look closely at the last photo posted you may notice the top points don't index with the bottom points. This was done intentionally by Joey, and was THE ONLY TIME ANY CUE HE HAS EVER MADE doesn't have points that index on the top and bottom.Another RARITY!!! Joey didn't use them anymore due to difficulty to manufacture them. The collectibility of this cue is uncanny. Considering Joe is a top cuemaker, Just think...What are other top cuemakers' first cues worth???? At this price, all things considered, it's a bargain....
$5500/obo
Only Szamboti's, Herceks, or Tad's considered in trades.
