i buy old house cues from a table restorer, and use some of the old woods to build cues. i found this in the last bunch of 100 cues i bought.
might be the first jump cue, it was made from an old brunswick.
32 inches long, and 16.6 oz. i think this would be considered a extreme taper. 13 mm at the tip, 1/2 inch back 17 mm and another 1/2 inch its 19 mm.
