The King Jim Rempe

Indeed it was! That was the first time I saw Mika play, and I was so impressed at the way he kept his composure after the King put a barrage on him, and was able to bear down and make it a great match. I've always been a Jim Rempe fan, and the stellar play, the dramatic ending and the the great commentary from Nick and yourself make this one of my favorite tapes! Without giving anything away Jay, I'd like to ask you and anyone else who saw this match--is it just me or did you notice a little table roll on two key shots in the deciding rack?

BTW, I'm glad to hear that it's out in DVD. It's one of those matches that I am glad to spend money for to upgrade the collection, and I'll let Jay know when I'm in town so I can stop by and pick up on of the many extra "toasters" he's bound to have lying around.:D

I didn't notice a table roll. Those tables at the Open are always set up primo. Stop on by. I have lots of toasters. Just no bread. :(

Well, being a Jim (or James) myself, I can tell you that "Jim" is the nickname for "James". Somehow I think you knew that but I figured I'd say it anyway.
Of course I didn't know, that's why I was asking! :) Thanks for input, I would've never figured out that Jim and James is one and the same :o
