These are incredibly cool photos. I mean top quality. I love them.

That looks like the tournament where Ryan McCreesh beat Keith in the finals of a double-elimination tournament. I remember it well! :grin-square:

The lighting is so good in these photos. Usually, you can't get such crystal-clear and crips pictures like these.

At this tournament was when we first learned Larry was sick. He told us he was coughing blood, poor guy. He looks so healthy in those photos.

Man, I know so many of those players. I recognize quite a few of the New England pool peeps. Miss those days a lot! These photos made my day! Thank you again so much.

Took out the TMI stuff... Google probably already indexed it anyway... :)

Gee... I hadn't noticed that. Uh... thanks?

You're right, I probably shouldn't have mentioned it. :embarrassed2:

I have some really great photos from that tournament on my other computer. I'm going to see if I can snatch 'em and post them in this thread.

I think that is the tournament that Keith and Larry played the Russian some short-rail and long-rail banks for money.

Your welcome

No problem Your very welcome, I have so many more. Those where the good old days. I was very lucky and Blessed, I was good friends with David Cunha The owner. I worked there for almost 20 years, As a friend of Dave's and a trusted employee, Believe me when I say I had the run of the place for so many years. I was one of the few that the owner trusted enough to give keys to. Back then That place had every big name and action player you cound think of. When Business hours where over and we took things to after hours, Thats when the real fun started. The doors where locked to the public but then the under world began LOL. There was so much money being played for it was unreal. I remember the owner of the chink resturant would come in after he closed his place and would deal Black jack around one of the pool tables, He was the house dealer, Bet what ever you want. Seen him start with $30,000 Go bust and come back the next night and do it again like nothing happened at all. I played all the pool I wanted, ate drank and had what ever I wanted for free for so many years. The few of us that where close to the owner really where spoiled, Got to watch some of the pest players of the game, It was one hell of a ride for me and I'm sorry to se it all end. I will always be thankful to David Cunha God bless his sole For the unforgetable ride we took.....
