I have been wanting to read this book for many years. I just did not know anyone who had a copy and the book never came up for sale. I have heard that these books go for
$400 and above. Well I found one and bought it and just got finished reading it and am putting it up for sale. The actual hard cover book is in great shape. The jacket that goes on the book is warn, people have read this book many times. You can see by the photos that the jacket is in good shape but not pristine shape. I want to share it with someone else, am selling it for SOLD shipped in the USA. Someone can buy it and read it and sell it again if they want and not lose much if anything. Tom
