The most impressive pool playing that you have ever witnessed?

I knew you would have the stats!

I followed your link, but this wasn't clear to me - which match do you think had the highest level of play by both players?

As an aside, not including a dry break as an error in the TPA (at least in 8b) is a mistake by Accu-Stats, (IMO).

Gideon

Most error-free streamed match at that event -- Van Boening's semi-final 9-6 win over Ko Pin-Yi. Zero errors by SVB, one error (a miss in the final game) by Ko. The match went like this, game by game:

1. Ko broke dry, SVB ran out
2. SVB B&R
3. Ko broke dry, SVB ran out
4. SVB B&R
5. Ko B&R
6. SVB B&R
7. Ko B&R
8. SVB B&R
9. Ko B&R
10. SVB broke dry, Ko ran out
11. Ko B&R
12. SVB B&R
13. Ko B&R
14. SVB B&R
15. Ko made 4 balls on the break (most of the match), then made a tough 4/12 combo, then made another stripe but got tough position and missed a thin cut on the 11-ball. SVB ran out.

As to Accu-Stats not counting a dry break as an error in the TPA -- with some breaking conditions/rules, where the break becomes a real skill shot with dead balls if hit properly, you have a point. But under other conditions/rules, making a ball is still pretty much fluky no matter how the player breaks, so it would be tough to say the breaker erred. [I'm not aware of A-S doing any TPA's for 8-Ball.]
