A couple days ago I started a thread called jump sticks in 14.1. I told you about my friend that used his jumper in our straight pool match. Well his name is Wayne[Sparkey] Hill and today he says he wants to change another rule in the game. He thinks it would make for a faster game [and maybe get some tv coverage] if you got BIH on all fouls. Any body up for that?
