take chess for example. the best humans in the world cant beat a dual-core computer anymore (in long matches) in a few years, speed chess is going to belong to computers, too.
what about pool? what's happening to pool?? people are running 10 racks in a row, 20 racks, i heard of this one guy running like 30 in a row. but pool is different; i dont think a computer is likely to beat a human in pool anytime soon. nevertheless, pocket billiards is evolving. that's why i love it.
with the evolving game spawn a new breed of billiard players. they are sportsmen and women who no longer adhere by any hooligan's aiming system. forget the angles you knew, your hustling days are over.
