Personaly I can not wait to see what Fatboy has to say... i have recently started working out trying to get back into shape... 3 weeeks.. down about 15lbs...
My question is has anyone here every use a hvy bag for their cardio workout?
If so what kind of work do ya do? I am think of starting with 3 or 4 2 minute rounds... with a 1 minute "break" inbetween.. the "break" is used for jump rope, pushups, jump squats or maybe some light lifting..
From what i gather it is an awesome way to get a good workout and its not your typical everyday thing... good for stress relief too... i have one ordered but it wont be here for about a week yet so i can not verify this yet
