It's great to see inteligence in the game of carom billiards! Did Albert have time to indulge ? I always enjoy listening to talented world class players talking about this great sport, or is it just a game?------------------------------ Go Steve! All your interveiws are the best! Thank you, Dan

This quote is attributed to Albert Einstein:

"Billiards is the well-developed Art of thinking ahead. It is not only a game, but first and foremost a demanding Sport, which requires good stamina, the logical thinking of a chess player and the stable hand of a concert pianist."

Hi Steve. Can you do me a favor and ask Marco these questions.

1. If he agrees that speed is most important for making the carom, what is second and third in the list and can he explain their importance.

2. What does an .800 average player who's very serious about the game have to do to improve, consider that he can only plays around 6 hours of friendly matches a week. Is practicing alone nessesary to work on the players weaknesses, position plays, technical shots and so on.

I know the second question apply more for myself but i hope everyone will benefit from the Master's point of view.

Thank you very much.

Thank you sightline. Great questions. I can't promise that I will ask those questions but I hope that I do.

Speaking of helping me with these interviews. I show a diagram of a shot situation to the guest and ask for his or her solution.

Anyone have shot situations you may share with me that I can ask Marco?
