The Zone

Josh,

Great job man!

Do you remember "way back when" when David Broxton played Scotty Townsend in one of those big Starcade Tourneys? Scotty's people bet David something like 2 thousand that he wouldn't get past 3 in the match (or something like that). David got the first break, and ran a 6 pack before Scotty got up to the table. David beat him like 9-2 that set. That was also something to behold.

If you're playing like that you need to get focused and play more. If you can't get action, play in all of the big tourneys you can play in. Don't let your natural talent go to waste!! There are a lot of people (myself included) who would love to have talent like that.

Keep it up.

Matt

Congrats...

I'm not hating....

That's awesome!!

My record on the 9' is 5. 9 is simply amazing on any table.

My personal best is 8 on a eight footer, Congrats on the accomplishment.

Just a note:
I remember seeing Bob Vanover run 9 racks in the finals of the Texas Open against "The Lizard". This was a while back and I can't remember if Steve broke and never got another shot or if Bob ran the whole set out. That is remarkable, playing at this level with the pool hall jam packed. Those were the days, still are in some areas.

My personal best is 8 on a eight footer, Congrats on the accomplishment.
