It can be ran on 120 volts ac and run a 90 volt DC motor or hooked up for 240 volts ac and can run up to 180 volt DC motor. It is a very smooth and reliable controller that I no longer need after I upgraded my Deluxe motor. Comes with the instruction manual, price is $200 shipped to the 50 states
