I got this PM a couple weeks ago and can't bring myself to erase it.

First, nice work on the Szam tribute cue. Second, this cue plays great! It hits a ton, very hard and crisp. I like the shaft taper, really lets me air out my stroke without hindering it at all. The Finish is great, it's like the cue is covered in glass. The cue is about an ounce heavier than I usually like, but the balance makes it unnoticeable. It plays great, moves the ball around the table with ease.
I showed it off to a cuemaker friend of mine and he really had a lot of good things to say about it as well. He thought it was probably the best titlist conversion he had seen, I have to agree, the cue is simply stunning. It really attracted quite a bit of attention.
The cue is definately the best cue I have owned, especially for the money, great price. It will definately become my daily player.

I think the poster was asking if the avatar cue was Szam tribute cue, which it is.

Damn it is sexy! I'm gonna go look at it again in person right now.

If your looking for a great cue Scott it definitely worth taking a look at. After playing with this cue I'm thinking of having him build me another of my own design.

He's a great guy to deal with. Great communication.

Scott Great Looking Cues As You Known I Bought One Of Your Cues At The Hopkins Tourny From A Gentleman In Nyc. I Was Sitting In My Booth And From 50 Feet I Saw This Cue Being Ahdled By My Close Friend Don Sherman Sure-man-cues When Saw This I Yelled Across The Booth To Bring It Over To Me After An Hour Or So The Cue Was Mine Scoot I Will Be Showing The Cue At The Us Open I Will Be Bragging Your Cues To All My Fireinds And Customers If You Have Some Business Cards Please Send Them Ill Be Glad To Pass Them Out As For Your Cue I Have I Will Not Be Selling It I Will Be Showing It And Promoting Your Cues Just Cause I Am So Impressed .if You Have Any Cues You Might Like Displayed Let Me Know ....lee
 
DaMMMMMMMMMNNNNNNNN! That cue, along with the other titleist conversion you did, and the Szam tribute, are three of the finest pieces of cuemaking, I have ever seen! Just incredible, immaculate work. You are a cuemaking force to be reckoned with. Very nice web page as well, coming along nicely!
