Thom Pyro chalk

I’m curious how visible the green V10 chalk is on tournament blue Simonis, especially for players that finish with their tip on the cloth on their follow through?
V10 sticks the cloth if you drive tip to it directly. Otherwise it is nearly nonexistent on cloth and because it is so fine dust and it come of from tip so little you probably won´t see it.
Basically some players can leave marks on cloth with that. 95% of players wont leave any marks.

V10 at 21$ using alibaba. No shipping, but a long wait.
It arrived as ordered, but late. Order was Oct 26, but arrival was a little late on Jan 7. Final price was $39.93 as seller used a coupon in my favor.

I might have used a stateside seller as $10 more in total wouldn't kill me, but this was only place I found PNS gloves.

I'll post a review in a couple years when my last piece (almost said cube) of Pyro wears down. With two V10, this 70yo figures to never have to buy chalk ever again.

I just ordered two V10 cubes from an Amazon seller. The price is significantly higher, but ordering directly from Taom, although the price was half, once you add the shipping costs it’s actually a little more $ than on Amazon, with free shipping.

For a larger order of six or nine pieces from Taom, the Price per piece slightly drops, but the shipping cost is exactly the same as for one cube, so it would be a significant savings to order directly from Taom. The key there is you’d have to sell most of them, otherwise it would be like a 10 year supply for one player. I’m hoping the light green color will not show up on our tournament blue cloth.

$30 for a single piece of chalk, albeit insignificant in the overall total cost of pool playing expenses, just seems wrong.
Now the fact that it goes on easily, lasts a long time and players swear by it, Taom chalk is understandably popular.

It just becomes what do you prefer to use. My preference is for a different brand of chalk but my buddy uses this chalk.
I tried it & it is a hard chalk which is maybe why it lasts so long. Taom is very clean compared with other chalks I’ve tried.

I got a piece of the blue Taom Pyro and noticed more miscues when using extreme english. You can actually see the chalk doesn't appear to stick to the very outside of the tip. Might try the V10 because I've heard others say it has less miscues.

I’ve tried the pyro at a friends house. I wondered if I was imagining it, but I noticed that too (it not sticking to the outside edge)
