No, don't think its a Ron Thomas but I could be wrong. I will start the bidding at $50! 
I think it's a old Ron Thomas case, before he started using a tube for the shell. It seems like he told me once that he used to build a case early in his case career, that was sort of like a Joe Porper case. But I could be completely wrong, just ask my wife.
Ron made production Cue Case years ago out of Vinyl.
