THOMAS WAYNE "Twisted Ivory"

THE JOINT PIN ON THE CUE IS TITANIUM, AND IS A VARIATION OF A 3/8 10 PIN. THE THREADS ARE SHALLOWER THAN MOST OF THE OTHER 10 PITCH THREADS I'VE SEEN, AND THAT'S WHAT THREW ME OFF. OTHER 10 PITCH THREAD SHAFTS FIT THE BUTT, BUT HIS SHAFTS DON'T FIT OTHER 10 PITCH BUTTS.

Hey Marcus that pin looks like a modified 3/8-10. More wood to pin contact. IMO the modified pin is the only way to go. If you go DZcues's website he has a wood cut away of the 3/8-10 and the modified 3/8-10. Lot of good info to read there. Nice cue with a great price. Good luck with your sale sir

Thomas Wayne "Twisted Ivory" cue

Only Thomas Wayne has cue design thoughts like this one. A few years ago, Bill of Cornerstone sold a Wayne that had a very complex and intricate anrd interywined ivory lace design that was awesome. Nice cue Marcus, which deserves a bump to the top. Paul Del Giudice

THAT IS PRECISELY WHAT IT IS. TITANIUM MODIFIED 3/8 10. OTHER SHAFTS FIT THIS BUTT, HOWEVER THESE SHAFTS DON'T FIT OTHER 3/8 10 CUES.

Nice looking cue! I used to own a Thomas Wayne 8 pointer, similar to the one you're selling with the windowed butt. If you need more information on the joint pin, contact Jerry McWorter. When I was in need of a new shaft, Jerry hooked me up with the info, as Thomas can be tough to get in touch with.

Is Thomas making cues again? I'd heard he had gone into retirement around 10 years ago.
