Those Wonderful Nicknames

in the time that i have been playing pool i have seen alot of people come and go and there have always been a few very interesting nicknames that came along with it...

i was dubbed "Dirty Mike"... depending on where your mind was at at the time this could have alot of different meanings

i have heard many of them... and about the most unusual one was "Kid Delicious"

let's hear some of the ones you guys have heard or been given
 
my brother nicknamed me "Dallas" because that is where I went to Pool School....and now I can give him the wild 7:D
 
I was dubbed "The Student" years ago. I was considered a student of the game. There was a photo album in the pool room for many years with a pic of me with my custom Joss East with that caption.
 
In Valley Forge this year I was given all kinds of free shirts and hats and stuff so my buddies started calling me "Freebird". Other people call me "Fatty", "Fatman", and "Supernova".
 
At the pool rooms I frequent, my nickname is "He's mine, I saw him first!" or HMISHF for short:)

My friends call me the hurricane, most likely because I'm always blowing hot air:D (I know how you guys are so don't come back with "who the hell is named hot air")

My all time favorite pool player nickname - Steve "Cathead" Shaw. He was a a fine roadman in his day and a little on the unusual side.
 
Chip Klein gave me one.

I got one from Chip Klein when he was still down in San Diego at college billiards. I used to always wear different super hero shirts and one I would sometimes wear was a batman symbol, so Chip started calling me batman.

It didn't stick for all that long. It seemed like most of the regulars moved away. I still wear superhero shirts though. It kind of ticked me off a little to see gabe owen on the cover of billiards digest with the superman shirt on after the open win. Just kiddin Gabe.
 
I've never really had one, but I always thought the name the guys on the PGA tour call Phil Mickelson was funny...FIGJAM-F#$# I'm Good Just Ask Me
