Thoughts - Central Ohio BCA Dual Sanction League

Let me guess, this was Chris Williams' decision b/c he was on one of the teams? Weird! :)
 
I have never heard of using any VNEA list for state BCA. I thought that was kind of weird. It was more of a joke saying it was your doing Chris.
