Threading of the shaft-butt joint has gotten misaligned

Hi

The threading of the shaft-butt joint of my playing cue has gotten misaligned, and now when I screw my cue together, I can find that the shaft and the butt are not aligned right. It feels like the cue is bent. Is it possible to fix the threading in my shaft? Look forward to suggestions and help.

Take it a cue maker to get it repaired

Find someone in your area who repairs cues. They should be able to repair your cue. Sounds like the shaft threads are stripped and this can be repaired.
